If I'm not mistaken Miranda Panda only appeared in one cartoon, "Scrap Happy Birthday" where both Andy and Miranda look and act more like Mickey and Minnie thanks to Fred Moore's design. She mainly appeared in the comic books.
Lil' Eightball appeared in only three cartoons in the late 1930's but would also later appear in the comics. I've never had the good fortune of seeing any of the Lil' Eightball cartoons and with a character looking like that it's safe to say they won't be released on DVD. If Woody isn't coming to DVD there's no way in hell this little guy is.

Ooohh! Wally Walrus. Just what I wanted for chrismas. Thanks for posting them all.
Nice Find! Do you have one of Woody? I've been looking for a model sheet of him for a while but I can only find the one of his thrid redesign but I prefer the first two much more.
Gabe, I'm going to post some Woody model sheets real soon, including the designs you're looking for.
Do you have a Buzz Buzzard one?
HAPPY NEW YEAR, KEVIN!
Thanks for posting these!
Hi Kevin, very nice blog; I love the model sheets!
I read you're a big Tex Avery fan too. If you're interested, I provided the wallpaper section for texavery.com and have a couple of them that are not on the website. Also thinking about rescanning all of them in a higher resolution (I believe they were done in 1998 (1024 x 768)).
Regards
Do you have a Buzz Buzzard one?
Sorry, I don't have Buzz. I'd love to get a hold of a BB model sheet from Dick Lundy's "Drooler's Delight".
Happy New Year, Wil! A Lantz fan are you?
Hi Ron, I'm a HUGE Tex Avery fan. Incidentally, I have the wallpaper of the Wolf cozying up to Red from "Red Hot Riding Hood" on my PC at work, which I got from texavery.com. I'd be really interested in anything you have to share. Thanks for checking out my blog.
That's a cool wallpaper. I've temporarily uploaded 2 for you (I think you already have Red though):
Red
Popping Eyes
Oh, and Happy New Year!
Thanks for the pics Ron! Actually I didn't have either of those. Happy New Year to you too.
Glad you like them.
Cheers!
I was excited to see the Walter Lantz model sheets. Where did you find them? I'd love to know. Thanks!
Hello Scott, I'm not too sure where I found these particular ones. They may have just been fairly decent scans posted to ebay for an auction. I know that I found them online though and not in a book.
