Clampett's signature is on it yet he didn't draw it, or at least that's what I'm assuming and that's what I thought when I first saw it too. Thad, didn't Clampett have a huge collection of drawings from around the studio? I thought I read somewhere that he'd grab anything for his collection.
Yeah, Clampett was well-known for his packrat like tendencies throughout the studio, collecting dicarded photostats.
Clampett also put his name on one of the early Avery Bugs model sheets as if HE was responsible for it! You can see it at 24:48 in the first half of Bugs Bunny Superstar on LT GC 4.

What aboutthe silly symphonies short "Tortoise & the Hair"
I love the acting of the rabbit in that cartoon. Such a pompous ass.
"You're dog gone tootin' sister! I'm the very best there is!"
My-my! Another Clampett forgery!
What's a forgery? The model sheet he posted?

Never saw this one.
I'd love to see a modelsheet of the early b&w Clampett Daffy- the one with the upturned beak.
