No one else besides Vera Ohman/Hansen or Joe Montell seems to be credited on Tex's cartoons and that wasn't later. Robert Gentle was doing Tom and Jerry background along with Johnsen, maybe it was him?

You have my favorite cartoon site, Kevin!

Really? I thought I was alone in my love for this cartoon, though I don't think I could pick a favorite from Tex's MGM shorts. It seems to change from day to day.Kevin Langleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07623675845502307848noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22733109.post-1159065489874709592006-09-23T22:38:00.000-04:002006-09-23T22:38:00.000-04:00As an addenum, one of the more appealing aspects o...As an addenum, one of the more appealing aspects of this cartoon is that it's more character than gag oriented. Sort of a hybrid between his late Warner stories and MGM animation.

- ThadThadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04443425643665474645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22733109.post-1159058289320853762006-09-23T20:38:00.000-04:002006-09-23T20:38:00.000-04:00Oh I love this one too!! :DI captured a couple of ...Oh I love this one too!! :D

I captured a couple of frames of that hilarious goofy rabbit running :)

Thanks for this post, Kevin :)Brett W.
